Summer Reading 2020 at Jonathan Trumbull Library – Imagine Your Story
We have some new and exciting activities for young people this summer! We want all the youth of Lebanon to be able to participate, so you can either sign up at the library, by phone, or online.
When you sign up for summer reading you will get to choose a fairy tale/mythology themed shape to have your name written on and it will be hung on the library wall. You will also have some challenges to complete that will earn you raffle tickets for summer fun baskets!
Choose one, two, or all three of our summer reading challenges:
- Complete a Summer Reading Log (Read and rate 10 books)
- Complete a Summer Reading Bingo (5 in a row, vertically, horizontally, or diagonally)
- Draw a picture inspired by a book you read (redesign the cover, draw a character, etc.)
You may earn up to five raffle tickets per person, after that you can continue playing for other prizes! The raffle drawing will take place on August 14th and we will notify the winners by phone. Prizes can be picked up at the library.
If you are unable to physically come to the library, you can download a PDF of all the forms and sign up online. We will also post pictures of the Prize Baskets online. When complete, you can email a photo or scan of your log/sheet/drawing to email@example.com and tell us which raffle basket you want to enter for.
